With the Wegovy coupon, you may pay as little as $0 for a 28-day supply of Wegovy. The Wegovy coupon covers all the strengths of Wegovy.

Who is eligible for a Wegovy Coupon or Savings Card?

You are eligible for the Wegovy savings card if you have commercial insurance, a valid Wegovy prescription, and are 18 years of age or older. The savings program is available in the United States and its territories, but the availability of the savings offer in Massachusetts is dependent on state law. You are not eligible for a savings card if you do not have commercial drug insurance or if you are enrolled in any state, federal, or government-funded healthcare program, including, without limitation, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, DoD, VA, TRICARE CHAMPUS, or any state healthcare program.

How much will I save with a Wegovy Coupon or Savings Card?

You may pay as little as $0 for up to thirteen 28-day fills of Wegovy with the Wegovy coupon up to a maximum savings of $225 per 28-day supply (1 box), $450 per 56-day supply (2 boxes), or $675 per 84-day supply (3 boxes). The Standard Savings Offer is available for all strengths of Wegovy.

If you are prescribed a dose decrease (dose de-escalation) within 3 weeks of your original dose, and you require a lower dose of Wegovy, you also may be eligible for additional savings.

Wegovy cost is $499 per 28-day supply without insurance for all strengths of Wegovy supplied from Novo Nordisk’s NovoCare® Pharmacy, a direct-to-patient delivery option for cash-paying patients. You may purchase a 56-day supply of Wegovy for $998 or an 84-day supply of Wegovy for $1,497.

Wegovy list price

Wegovy list price is $1,349.02/package. Prices without insurance will vary depending on the pharmacy and any discounts or patient assistance programs you use. This is the original price set by the manufacturer before discounts or rebates are used, and most people do not pay the list price
