Cholestyramine may interfere with the absorption of odevixibat when these medications are taken at the same time. This may reduce the effects of odevixibat. To prevent or minimize the interaction, odevixibat should be taken at least 4 hours before or 4 hours after the cholestyramine dose. Contact your doctor if your condition changes or your symptoms worsen during treatment with these medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Odevixibat may decrease the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. You may need fat-soluble vitamin supplements to safely use odevixibat. Contact your doctor if your condition changes. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
cholestyramine food

Cholestyramine may interfere with the absorption of certain vitamins such as A, D, E and K. Therefore, it is recommended that you take multivitamin with minerals at least 1 hour before or 4 to 6 hours after cholestyramine to minimize the risk of interaction. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have questions on how to take these or other medications you are prescribed. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
