Using aducanumab together with blood-thinning or clot-dissolving medications has not been adequately studied. There are some theoretical concerns that combining aducanumab and aspirin may increase the risk of bleeding in the brain. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor will do magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans before and during your treatment with aducanumab as part of monitoring for potential side effects in the brain. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience signs and symptoms that may suggest more serious treatment complications such as headache, confusion, dizziness, vision changes, nausea, difficulty walking, or seizures. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Also avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you.
