With improvement of your hepatitis C infection (HCV) during treatment with sofosbuvir, your dosage requirement of semaglutide or any other diabetic medications you are receiving may change. You may need more frequent monitoring of your blood sugar and adjustment of your diabetic regimen both during and after treatment with sofosbuvir. Let your doctor know if you experience hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. Symptoms of hypoglycemia include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, confusion, tremor, nausea, hunger, weakness, perspiration, palpitation, and rapid heartbeat. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
velpatasvir voxilaprevir
Applies to: Vosevi (sofosbuvir / velpatasvir / voxilaprevir), Vosevi (sofosbuvir / velpatasvir / voxilaprevir)
Velpatasvir may increase the blood levels of voxilaprevir in some patients. The safety of high levels of voxilaprevir has not been established. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
velpatasvir semaglutide

Food may help the absorption of voxilaprevir. You should take this medication with food as directed.
semaglutide food
Applies to: semaglutide
Food may affect the absorption of semaglutide when taken orally. It is recommended that oral semaglutide be taken 30 minutes before first food, beverage, or other oral medications of the day with no more than 4 ounces of plain water. You may experience more side effects including nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea if you fast longer than 30 minutes after the semaglutide dose.
