Olutasidenib may reduce the blood levels of boceprevir, which may make the medication less effective in some cases. Contact your doctor if your symptoms worsen or your condition changes. Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Food significantly increases the absorption of boceprevir. You should take each dose of boceprevir with a meal or light snack. Taking it on an empty stomach may lead to inadequate blood levels and reduced effectiveness of the medication.

Olutasidenib should be taken at about the same time each day, on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns.
