2 potential interactions and/or warnings found for the following 2 drugs:
- isotretinoin
- Tepylute (thiotepa)
Interactions between your drugs
thiotepa ISOtretinoin
Applies to: Tepylute (thiotepa), isotretinoin
Coadministration of thiotepa may increase plasma concentrations of drugs that are primarily metabolized by CYP450 2B6. Thiotepa has been shown to be a weak inhibitor of CYP450 2B6 in vitro, although drug interactions studies are not available, and the clinical significance is unknown. Product labeling for the specific CYP450 2B6 substrate should be consulted for additional recommendations and monitoring for increased adverse effects when used concomitantly with thiotepa may be warranted.
