Applies to the following strengths: 0.25%
Usual Adult Dose for Eye Dryness/Redness
1 to 2 drops into the affected eye 4 times a day as needed.
Usual Pediatric Dose for Eye Dryness/Redness
>= 6 years: 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye 4 times a day as needed.
