Usual Adult Dose for Epidermolysis Bullosa
Apply a 1 mm layer of the topical gel to the affected wound surface only. Alternatively, it can be applied directly to the dressing, so the topical gel is in direct contact with the wound.
Duration of therapy: Until the wound is healed

Precautions
CONTRAINDICATIONS: None
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 6 months of age.

Administration advice:
- Wash hands before and after applying this gel or wear gloves for application.
- Do not rub in the gel.
- Cover the wound with a sterile non-adhesive dressing.
- Apply to cleansed wound and perform wound dressing changes until the would heals.
- If the treated wound becomes infected, discontinue treatment until infection has resolved.
- Each tube of this medication is for one-time use only. Once the tube is open, use immediately and discard.
- Avid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes (e.g., mouth, vagina, anus). In case of accidental contact irrigate with water.
- This product is not for ophthalmic use.
Storage requirements:
- Store at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F) with excursions permitted to 15C to 30C (59F to 86F)
- Do not freeze
- Do not use beyond the expiration date
