Lynozyfic Disease Interactions

There are 3 disease interactions with Lynozyfic (linvoseltamab).

Moderate

Linvoseltamab (applies to Lynozyfic) infection

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Infection - Bacterial/Fungal/Protozoal/Viral, Immunodeficiency, Neutropenia

Linvoseltamab can cause serious, life-threatening, or fatal infections. Neutropenia and febrile neutropenia have been reported with use of linvoseltamab. Assess patients for signs and symptoms of preexisting infection before starting therapy. Evaluate immunoglobulin levels and complete blood cell counts at baseline. Monitor for infection during treatment, especially in patients with neutropenia. Administer prophylactic anti-infectives, vaccines, and immunoglobulin according to clinical guidelines.

Moderate

Linvoseltamab (applies to Lynozyfic) liver dysfunction

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Liver Disease

The effect of moderate to severe liver dysfunction (total bilirubin greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal with any AST) on the pharmacokinetics of linvoseltamab is unknown. Due to the risk of hepatotoxicity with linvoseltamab, monitor liver enzymes and bilirubin at baseline and during treatment as indicated.

Moderate

Linvoseltamab (applies to Lynozyfic) renal dysfunction

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility.

The effect of severe renal dysfunction/end-stage renal disease (CrCl 29 mL/min or less) on the pharmacokinetics of linvoseltamab is unknown.

Major Highly clinically significant. Avoid combinations; the risk of the interaction outweighs the benefit.
Moderate Moderately clinically significant. Usually avoid combinations; use it only under special circumstances.
Minor Minimally clinically significant. Minimize risk; assess risk and consider an alternative drug, take steps to circumvent the interaction risk and/or institute a monitoring plan.
