Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Tried Cialis because the side effects from Levitra were unbearable, and any improvement in my erection was far outweighed by the side effects. When I have tried Cialis, I have suffered debilitating headaches for 24 hours...never even got to sex on it. Seems I really can't tolerate this class of medicines."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 42 and a heavy weekend drinker that is overweight. I have a smoking-hot fiancée. In the past two years, I've had a problem keeping it up. I can get there but not keep it till she finishes. I could climax at half-staff, but if I wasn't hitting her deep spot, she wasn't going to get hers. So I ain't too proud to beg. I've had a urologist that I've liked since I was 39 because of stricture disease. I asked him what he thought was a good fit for me between the BIG 3 pills, and he said Cialis. I don't like Viagra, it's literally a splitting headache, and I cannot ejaculate. Levitra, on the other hand, was the SHOW! But only for a few hours. Doc prescribed me 20 mg Cialis, and holy guacamole! Man, this thing is a freight train! I'm sensitive, hard anytime, pop up outta nowhere like a high school boy. I literally had to call my girl and make her get home from the grocery store because I didn't know what to do with this thing! Morning wood a plenty also! 20 mg is a 2-3 day-er for me! Awesome!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "It's not a cure for ED, but it helps. I took 20 mg tadalafil for the 1st time, and the results, well, I would say they improve. It didn't get me as hard as when I was in my 20s, but it will do the job. Side effect-wise, I get a mild headache, that's all. I'm going to see if it still works within these 3 days before taking another."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 35 and slowly been losing erection strength over the last couple of years. I put this down to a highly stressful job and lack of exercise. After discussion with the doctor, started me on Cialis 20mg with a view to not needing them after a few repeat scripts. Took the first one 2 days ago. It took about 4 hours to start working, but has only just now seemed to wear off. Had a headache for the first day, but well worth it. Felt like I was 18 again. Even woke up with a morning erection... not done that for at least a year! I recommend it for anyone that, like me, needs a kick along to keep the wife happy!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "Updated: I am 50 years old. I take 9 mg once a week prior to solo sexual activity for prostate health. Best results are in the first 5 to 36 hours. Erections are satisfactorily firm, but at my age, I still require proper direct stimulation and mental arousal. What I like is that during a long session, my body can naturally relax to a safe, partial erection and then regain full engorgement when I am ready for orgasm. Side effects are minor nasal congestion and headache during the first 6 hours. My primary care provider cautioned me to watch for a drop in blood pressure (dizziness) or an uncomfortable erection. My penis is quite firm during orgasm and ejaculation, and as a result, I typically allow a few extra minutes of post-climax recovery time while my penis slowly becomes flaccid."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Suffered with ED for years. Had slowly gotten worse to the point of zero erections. My urologist prescribed Cialis. The first time I tried it, results were poor: a few flaccid, short-lived erections. I called my doctor, and he said try again, as it might not work the first time. The second time was fantastic. The second time was almost as good as the first. The third time, poor results: only one erection capable of intercourse. The fourth time, even worse, fifth time, nothing at all. Switched to Viagra on the doctor's suggestion. Cialis side effects were moderate headache, moderate backache, stuffiness, and sinus pressure."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I am 45, on blood pressure medicines. Have tried samples of all three erectile dysfunction medicines. Viagra and Levitra both give me headaches. Cialis, however, gives me no side effects whatsoever, except, of course, for a great erection (even if I've been drinking). And it lasts for the 36 hours as advertised. Nice to be able to take one on Friday night and be good for the whole weekend."

For Erectile Dysfunction "After a lot of research, I bought Tadarise-40 and gave it a try. I took 10 mg last night, but both my wife and I were tired, so no action. But when I woke up in the morning, I had an erection, and it has been a long time since the last one. When my wife woke up, we gave it a try, and I can say it worked just great. Some light headache last night, but no other side effects yet."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I have tried both Viagra and Cialis. Both have their pros and cons. I get a better and more constant erection with Viagra. But it took over an hour to start working. The 10 mg dose lasted about 4 hours, but there were some residual effects afterward. Cialis started working after about 30 mins, and it really carries on for a good 24-36 hours, but the quality of the erection wasn't as good. I suffered with the snuffles with both. I got a headache only with Viagra, but it wasn't a bad one, though."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Convenient compared to sildenafil. Can take with food and lasts the weekend. It takes longer to come, which is nice, except I find that it can take too long to come. Sildenafil is better in that regard. The headaches are a bit worse. Overall, I prefer tadalafil, and Mrs. is happy with it."

Tadalafil for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "I didn't like this medicine at first. I had headaches and had some symptoms of depression. These problems went away after two weeks of regular use. I cannot rate it against other such medicines because Adcirca is the only such medicine I have used."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Took it for the first time, one 5 mg pill a day. After my first 3 days, I woke up early in the morning and fell back down due to dizziness and headaches. Got concerned and went to get a thorough check, on which all was good. The dizziness has lingered over 7 days, as well as headaches. This mess is dangerous and did the opposite."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have used both Viagra and Tadalafil over a period of several years and must say that, in my opinion, Tadalafil is a far superior product to Viagra... with absolutely no side effects, unlike Viagra, which gave me blurry vision and slight headaches each morning, similar to a hangover... the daily option with Tadalafil is also very good... I am an older man and the daily option is also good... bringing back memories of my youth... ever ready... ps if you have benign prostate enlargement, it is also a treatment for this (unlike Viagra)... I would score 10/10 for Tadalafil... and 3/10 for Viagra."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Used to take 5 mg daily with some benefit for both ED and BPH. Now taking Alfuzosin 10 mg daily and Tadalafil 20 mg twice weekly for symptoms. Erections and ejaculations are so much better with the higher dose. BPH symptoms also much improved. Some headaches initially from Tadalafil, but these faded away once my body became used to the drugs/higher dosage. Taking plenty of water to ensure good hydration helps minimize any side effects."

Tadalafil "I took the pill Friday night and went to bed. I was rock hard most of the night. I have mild erectile dysfunction. With this medicine, I go for hours. It gives you the confidence that you can think about what you're going to do next and stop worrying about if it's going to stay hard. My erections are firmer for some days after. No headaches or other side effects."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Have been using 1x10mg + 1x5mg, so a total of 15mg every other day for the last few weeks. Works really well for me. Have previously tried 5mg daily, but just doesn’t do enough for me. The first time I tried it, I had aching legs, some backache, and also a slight headache, but now no side effects at all. Overall, very satisfied."

Tadalafil "I started taking Cialis for Raynaud's about 1 week ago. I do already notice a difference in the blood flow to my hands and feet, however, the daily headaches and muscle aches in my legs make me question if it's worth taking. I'll wait it out a few more weeks to see if the side effects lessen."

Tadalafil "44 YO male, first-time user, very healthy, good shape. Started having less than effective erections 2 years ago. Possibly linked to back surgery. Saw my MD this week after reading Cialis reviews. Decided to try it on a night by myself, so there's no pressure. Last night (Friday), I took 1/2 of a 20 mg tab and waited a couple of hours. I noticed no change, though I was stimulating, so I took the other half. A couple of hours later, I saw a bit of impact. Woke up with a hard erection, which I haven't done in a while. Throughout today, the erection comes/goes very well. Is it supposed to take this long? Also, I thought the pills were scored to easily cut. Mine are not scored. Have a mild headache."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Received an online prescription after consultation for 5 mg tadalafil. Took it at 6 pm, woke up with a rock-hard morning cock, edged and masturbated to a huge amount for about an hour. After about another hour and a half, my wife and I got intimate, and wow, with a little bit of stimulation I was rock-hard again! My wife commented on the fullness, thickness, and stiffness of my cock and could not keep her hands and mouth off of it. The effects lasted for about a day and a half, slight hot flushes in the face and slight headache, but no big deal. Extremely happy and will definitely continue with this medication!"

For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "My dad and I take tadalafil 1.25 mg daily for ED with no adverse events. I once took 5 mg, and then I had 99/66 arterial tension readings after a few hours; even after drinking a lot of liquids and a lot of coffee, they did not help raise these values. I had a severe headache as well, and 400 mg ibuprofen helped. My grandmother takes 2.5 mg tadalafil daily for hypertension with 50 mg metoprolol every 12 hours and 1.5 mg indapamide extended release daily. Her readings are 127/67 now. Amazing drug. She tried lisinopril, valsartan, and amlodipine before tadalafil. All had severe adverse reactions compared to tadalafil, especially amlodipine. She is also taking 300 mg allopurinol daily, 100 mg tramadol extended release every 12 hours, and 2.5 mg solifenacin daily. I have no idea whether these drugs also decrease arterial tension or not. She seems so happy."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I've used the brand name Cialis and it has worked great, but this generic brand tadalafil from Ajanta Pharma USA Inc doesn't work. With the brand name Cialis, I would get an erection and a mild headache. I'm at 25 mg with this Ajanta Pharma and getting no response. So I'm stuck with 90 pills of this Ajanta Pharma brand."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have used other ED prescriptions before and have always had side effects like blurred vision and headaches. With tadalafil, there have been no side effects, and when taken early, it seems to last until the next morning, of course, you need some stimulation to help it out. Being on Medicare, it is less expensive than other ED drugs. (Physical shape: age 70, overweight, little activity, BMI 38, retired, 1-2 times a week)"
