For Erectile Dysfunction "I’m in my thirties and have been struggling for a few years. Got name brand 5 mg Cialis a few years ago and always worked very well with no side effects. Finally went back to the doctor recently, and they gave me a generic by Ajanta, which is great because it doesn't cost me 350 dollars for 30 pills, but it has all these side effects I’ve never felt before on the name brand. Hot face, dizziness, slow mind, and backside pain, all of which were unpleasant. Don’t know what to do now. The generic doesn’t seem to work as well and has way more side effects, probably due to lower quality."

Tadalafil for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "When I started taking Adcirca for pulmonary hypertension, I experienced hallucinations and intense exhaustion. I stayed sleepy; I hardly spent any time awake the first two weeks I took this medication. After the first two weeks of taking Adcirca, the hallucinations and intense sleepiness went away. However, approximately a week after I started taking this medication, I began having vivid nightmares and disorientation. I have been taking Adcirca for about two years and still suffer from the nightmares and disorientation. I have also experienced some of the more common side effects, such as flushing, muscle aches, and dizziness. As for the pulmonary hypertension, I have not experienced any noticeable changes."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm 60 and noticed BPH symptoms. A consultant confirmed this and tried me on Tamulosin (cheap!!). My body couldn't get on with Tamulosin (dizzy, reduced semen volume, retro-ejaculation). Tried Tadalafil (5mg daily). After three days, had indigestion/heartburn and lower back/upper leg ache. Stopped taking on the 4th day and by the 5th day, I was okay again. Decided to take Tadalafil for two days, then stop for the third day, etc. Did this for a week. This worked well - little heartburn, no back pain. I risked taking the drug daily again and was okay! Now been taking for three weeks - very little indigestion, no back pain. I don't have urgency to pee and often don't need to get up at night. Not sure how long it takes for the drug to have optimum effect but okay after three weeks! Still have reduced semen volume (from the Tamulosin) and numerous nocturnal erections! Just like being a lad again! I pay 8.80 GBP (standard National Health charge) per month for a month's supply."
