For Erectile Dysfunction "Been having some erectile dysfunction problems on and off this year, noticeable since November 2014. Decided to speak to my GP about it. Given Viagra, 50mg. Taken as needed just to get things kick-started again. Took it last night. Bit of flushing, a slight sore head but have had worse, even had one glass of wine an hour later. "Best results for me if I take the 50 mg dose before eating anything. After a meal, I find that Viagra does not help me get an erection for hours, if at all. If taken on an empty stomach, it works fast. I also get flushed, but this tells me that it's working. I get occasional headaches from Viagra, but the side effects are well worth it!"

"I'm a married 45-year-old Australian male of good fitness and health (BMI=25). Although I probably wouldn't say I had erectile dysfunction, I found our sex life non-existent and found after only one very short 'round' I just couldn't get it up again. After taking Viagra - AMAZING. It was like my body was 18 years old again. First erection after ~50 minutes from taking the pill, and the erections of steel easily lasted about 8-10 hours. My wife does not know I have taken Viagra but was pleasantly shocked by about 6 'full-on' rounds in bed in 10 hours! Yes, I had mild side effects, so I probably couldn't use it every day. For Erectile Dysfunction "Used Viagra as an alternate after Cialis. Cialis at first provided repeated strong erections in a 24-hour period after years of severe ED. However, after 3 to 4 uses, the erections were too weak and too short-lived to sustain intercourse, so I switched to Viagra. At first, results were good. I had fewer erections, but they were longer lasting than Cialis and quite firm. However, this only lasted 2 or 3 uses before the same symptoms appeared as with Cialis: erections too weak and short-lived for intercourse. Also, moderate to severe headache, stuffiness, and fullness like a severe head cold."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have tried both Viagra and Cialis. Both have their pros and cons. I get a better and more constant erection with Viagra. But it took over an hour to start working. The 10mg dose lasted about 4 hours, but there were some residual effects afterward. Cialis started working after about 30 mins, and it really carries on for a good 24-36 hours, but the quality of the erection wasn't as good. I suffered with the snuffles with both. I got a headache only with Viagra, but it wasn't a bad one, though."

Not quite as good of an erection though (80% to 90% as good)."

The only side effect I experienced was a mild headache the next day. I've been using it for 6 months now, and I haven't noticed any decreases in effectiveness/strength.
