For Erectile Dysfunction "At 70 years old, my GP prescribed Viagra due to ED issues. These ED issues have come about as a result of cardiovascular disease and age. The taking of blood pressure medication didn’t help. Up until then, I had no erectile issues. I now take a 20 mg tablet cut four ways to effectively equate to 5 mg. I always take the Viagra on an empty stomach and find it effective within 20 minutes and probably stays in the system for four or five hours, during which time I can easily obtain another erection. It’s made a huge difference to our relationship, whereas in the past, keeping an erection for penetration became a rarity and very frustrating for us both. The only two side effects that are noticeable with such a low dose are an upset stomach, which I put up with given the benefits, and that sometimes orgasm for me doesn’t happen. Prior to Viagra, orgasm was never an issue. I hope you find this review helpful."

After some foreplay, I was fully erect and my wife and I had sex, but I soon lost my erection. So I thought I should just buy the 100 mg tablets. On reading reviews, it advised to take on an empty stomach, so I did and an hour before sex. We had foreplay, but nothing happened, thought it hadn't worked, but after approx half hour more (1 half hours) - wow! I hadn't been that hard since I was 16, my penis was bigger and thicker. We had really good sex. I lasted way longer than normal. I had an amazing climax and was able to carry on until my wife climaxed. I was rigid again in around 45 mins, and we had sex again. I found it hard to reach orgasm the second time around. In the morning, we had really good sex again. I have since reduced dosage to 50 mg as I thought 100 mg was maybe too much. Only side effect was fatigue, but well worth it."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I got to 50 and was struggling to maintain an erection. So, I bought sildenafil 25mg but these didn't do anything for me, so I increased the dosage to 100mg. And it worked very well. I find it best if I take it on an empty stomach and about 2 hours before having sex. I also found it increased the size of my penis, and I also lasted longer. After my wife and I had finished, my penis was flaccid for around an hour, and then it was fully erect again so we had sex again. I had not done this for many years. And again, we had sex in the morning. I would highly recommend this treatment, it has done wonders for our sex life.
