"Besremi has kept my blood counts in normal ranges for three years now. My spleen decreased in size, and my PV symptoms (brain fog, itching, loss of peripheral vision, tinnitus) are all under control. The injection is not difficult to administer, and the first shipment of the drug comes with a welcome packet with well-written use instructions. My first few months, I experienced fatigue in the afternoons that I had not dealt with when I had previously been on Pegasys, but it passed. I have not experienced any psychological side effects. The downside of Besremi is that it is expensive, but the manufacturer has a copay card."
