"Whenever I get angry I take 20-40 mg of propranolol and it works wonders to help me calm down fast. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, so I take a daily cocktail combo prescribed by my psychiatrist 3 times a day that includes this great and low cost pill. So whenever I feel something or someone triggers my anger, I just pop in those extra 20 or 40 mg, and if I consider it necessary, in case of a very very strong episode, then I'll add a 50 mg. hydroxizyne tablet, that puts me to sleep in just a few minutes."
