"So far so good. No side effects experienced, thankfully. My son is very recently diagnosed and has very slight mobility issues, so we are praying that his progression is slowed. We are grateful and blessed that a drug was developed to help such a rare disease."

"I'm a 23 y/o male and I was diagnosed with FA a few years ago and have mild to moderate mobility issues. I started Skyclarys early Dec 2023 and I don't have any complaints about the side effects. I feel myself getting better with strength endurance, which is helping with my body image. I feel nothing but improvements. With that being said, my other medications seem to have 0 effect, like I'm not even taking them. I take Lexapro 10mg once a day for depression and controlling mood swings, and ever since starting Skyclarys I have 0 control of my emotions or anger management. I also take gabapentin 300mg 3 times a day for restless leg syndrome. My RLS was fully under control until I started Skyclarys. Now I'm back to sleepless nights because I can't manage my pain. Also over the counter pain meds do not work. Marijuana barely helps with the pain but it keeps me up and energized (which is weird for me because it would always help with sleep). I even took a Viagra and it had no effect on me....."
