"After having no luck at all with Dupixent, I've been on Nemluvio for about 4 months now. It eliminated the horrible itch not only of the eczema but also of the topical Tacrolimus side effects, which I've been using as minimally as possible for years. I still get rash and still have some tingling symptoms, but the near elimination of itch now allows me to sleep through the night, which makes the drug more than worth it. The only part of my body not seeing improvement has been my hands. I've had hand eczema since my early 20s and consider it a different condition. Nemluvio dries out the skin on all of my body. But this is not an advantage for my hands where the drying of my skin produces cracks in the skin forcing me to wear gloves and moisturize constantly. I'm willing to trade worse hands for relief on the rest of my body. For me, Nemluvio has been life-changing."

"I had eczema since I was a baby. Nemluvio helped my recent extreme flare-up that covered 95% of my body (from eyelids to ankles). Within 48 hours of loading shots, one of my wrists stopped feeling itchy. Each day, I noticed a small spot being less itchy. In about 2 weeks, there were fewer spots that needed lotion and hydrocortisone. I was producing fewer flakes that used to cover my bed. I was sleeping more than 3-4 hours because the shot stopped me from itching and feeling like my skin was on fire. A month after loading shots, the eczema and dry skin were controlled in 80% of my body. I've been on Nemluvio for more than 3 months and have had no visible side effects. It truly did stop the itching quickly and effectively. My hands took longer to fully clear up because I've had problems in that part of my body since 2020. My skin barrier has healed in 95% of my body and the skin is retaining moisture. I barely have to put lotion on unless I just got out of the shower."
