Usual Adult Dose for Prurigo Nodularis
Patients weighing less than 90 kg: Initial subcutaneous (SC) dose of 60 mg (two 30 mg injections), followed by 30 mg given every 4 weeks
Patients weighing 90 kg or more: Initial SC dose of 60 mg (two 30 mg injections), followed by 60 mg given every 4 weeks:

- Known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients

Administration advice:
- This drug is administered by SC injection.
- Use under the guidance of a health care provider. Prior to the first injection patients or their caregivers should be trained in the proper preparation and administration of this drug. Patients can self-inject after receiving training.
- For the first dose, administer the two injections on different body injection sites. The SC injection can be administered into the front upper thigh or abdomen (except for the 2 inches around the navel). Injection in the upper arm should be performed by a health professional or caregiver.
- Alternate injection sites, and do not inject in skin that is inflamed, swollen, tender or has bruises, scars or open wounds.
- If a dose is missed, administer as soon as possible and thereafter resume regular scheduled time.

Storage requirements:
- Each carton contains 1 single-dose prefilled pen which should be refrigerated at 36F to 46F (2C to 8C) in the original carton to protect from light until the expiration date. Do not freeze.
- Do not expose to heat or sunlight.
- Write the date in the prefilled pen once it is first removed from the refrigerator, and do not use after 90 days or beyond the expiration date (whichever comes first).
- Alternatively, store at room temperature (up to 77F [25C]) for up to 90 days.
