For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation and Deficiency "Calcium at my age (mid-40s) is a good idea anyway, but my doctor wants me to take D3 for my MS, and I'm so tired of pills! So this chewable is a great alternative for me. I ran out for a month and really noticed improvement when I started taking it again."

For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation and Deficiency "I was recommended calcium for osteoporosis. So tired of taking horse pills or pills hard to swallow. I got these-taking 2 a day-both chocolate and caramel. I thought they would have a chalky aftertaste, but they don’t! Have to be careful because you want to eat more of them. The chocolate ones are like a Tootsie Roll, and the caramel is like a regular caramel."

"I like these. The taste is good. But I think they give me an upset stomach. May need to split the dosage instead of taking all at once."
