For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation and Deficiency "I’ve been taking this for a week now, and I really can notice a big difference when waking up and all day long. I don’t feel tired or have mood swings. I also take Lexapro as well, which I’ve been on for almost 8 years now. I do believe that an antidepressant cannot be taken alone without any supportive drug along with it, either drug or vitamins."
