For Anxiety "I've used lavender pills (Calmad brand) silexan for about 5 months now for anxiety and notice a mild to moderate improvement in mood overall. Less irritability, better sleep quality, able to enjoy slower-paced things easier. I use one pill a day, but it says you can take two. It was recommended to me by a psychiatrist to try first before a prescription. Glad they did!"

For Anxiety "I used a researched form of lavender called Silexan for anxiety. I can rate my anxiety as moderate (hard to concentrate, very fatigued). I've never used prescribed drugs for my anxiety. First, I want to try natural remedies. My trial takes 3 weeks. The first two weeks, one pill of the brand Calmaid. I felt nothing or unnoticeable effects. Then I increased the dose to two pills and changed the brand to Lasea and used it for one week. Also without noticeable effect, if any effect. Maybe it worked in some way, but it's difficult to say. I would say that I felt at that time even more sedated despite it shouldn't work in this way. Maybe it can work, but not for me."
