Latanoprostene bunod ophthalmic "Used Vyzulta for about a month and a half. Pressure went from L25 R22 down to L19 and R18. Only issue I had was a slight stinging when I put the drops in, but that disappears after about 5-10 seconds. No eyelash extra growth or dark circles at this time. This didn't dry my eyes like Lumigan. If it didn't sting, I would have given a 10."

Latanoprostene bunod ophthalmic "VYZULTA is my 6th drop. Pressure was in the low 30s. Haven't gotten it checked yet. In my 2nd week with zero side effects. All other drops wreaked havoc on my eyes, and on one, I nearly passed out from."

"I've been on 'Latanoprostene' in both eyes for several years. My pressures are maintaining 10-12, down from originally 32. I was using Timolol before, which did a great job keeping my pressure low, but I was extremely moody when taking Timolol. Latanoprostene eliminated the moodiness and is awesome. My blue eyes are turning brown, and my eyelashes have gotten thicker and grown. So far, that has been the only side effect. I'll take that any day over the 'moodiness' side effect I had when using Timolol drops."

Latanoprostene bunod ophthalmic "Using Vyzulta for about a week because of high intraocular pressure, about 30. Had surgery to fix a dislocated inner ocular lens, and the doctor thought I might be reacting to having steroid drops after the operation. I am experiencing pain like a small headache behind the eyes within minutes of application of the medicine. Also experiencing stuffiness and a listless feeling lately. I guess I’ll have to stay on the medicine for at least three more weeks to see if my vision improves and pressure reduces."

Latanoprostene bunod ophthalmic "I was having migraine headaches and vision problems. My doctor sent me to an ophthalmologist who ran tests and discovered my eye pressure to be high: 23 and 26. Because glaucoma runs in my family and seems to be hereditary (and to prevent damage to the ocular nerve and blindness), the doctor prescribed Vyzulta. After one week, the eye pressure decreased to 13 and 15. So now I take one dose (one drop) in each eye every night. After half an hour of the dose, I take Systane for dry eyes. Now my vision is also better! (Side effects: redness, sore, itchy, burning sensation of eyes.)"
