"This finished off my mother, who was fighting liver cancer. Be very, very careful if your oncologist suggests this drug. Once given, she had every bad side effect-dehydration, nausea, weakness-she died in less than 1 month of taking this chemo. Otherwise, all her vital organs were having good blood test results, despite the previous chemo, gemcitabine, cisplatin. By all accounts by her oncologist, she reacted so badly to this chemo she never could recover from the side effects-please do not use this for liver cancer treatment."

"This chemotherapy treatment was not good for my husband. He passed away 3 months after taking this treatment. He had every side effect (dark urine, severe dehydration, slurred speech, diarrhea, coordination issues, weakness, trouble speaking and walking, yellow skin, bleeding, jaundice, and rectal bleeding). He was okay before treatment. Great man. This drug should not be given if a patient has liver or kidney problems, and he did. Great man, and he will always be in my heart. This should have never happened. There are many new drugs, why this choice!!!!!"
