"I have been on Gamunex C for over 4 years now. I have CIDP, and before taking Gamunex C, I could hardly walk because of the pain, tingling, electric shock pain, weakness in both legs and feet, and my balance was not good at all. Since taking Gamunex C, I have not had all the pain I used to have. My legs are not as weak, and most of the tingling, burning, feelings of electrical shock, and numbness have mostly gone away where it doesn't hurt to walk, I can sleep at night, and my balance has improved. It is pure gold. It has been a blessing. I look forward to my infusions twice a month. For years prior to being diagnosed, I was put on all kinds of pain medication. I am so glad I am off of those pain medications. Pain medications like methadone, Percocet, and morphine. No more! I have had no side effects from Gamunex C."

"I have been under IVIg therapy (intravenous immunoglobulin therapy) for more than 4 years, after first trying steroids for CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy). Felt better immediately with steroids, but gained weight, which is now impossible to lose! Switched to Gamunex, which I have used alternately (every 6 months with a change of living location) with Gamagard - no problems with either one. The only thing I can complain about is the time at the hospital every 3 weeks that is required. At the last appointment, I was informed that a switch had been made from the Gamagard to Gamunex-C. Again, no problems whatsoever. I feel fortunate that I no longer fall and have only mild balance problems, along with NO REACTIONS to the products used in treatment."

"The first IV provided no relief. The second monthly dose increased my strength significantly for around one to two weeks. The third monthly dose, I felt wonderful. I had the strength and endurance I had at 50. I'm 74. I could get up off the ground until three days before my next dose, and suddenly, I was back to where my legs just refused to do what I told them to do. I managed to pull myself up. Then my hands lacked fine motor control. Three days later, I limped into the infusion facility, barely able to keep my eyes open or walk without a cane. Halfway through the infusion, I awoke thinking someone was pinching my feet. My feet were swollen to where I had to pry my shoes off. They have elastic laces. But, I could see clearly and walk without a cane. Day two of infusion, I wore sandals. My feet were swollen, my energy was high, and I felt great. It is amazing how this stuff works. It's like the lights come on and you are 10 or more years younger. However, by nightfall, the side effects hit."

"After 5 months of infusions, I feel better, although CIDP symptoms persist. Side effects were mouth sores, swollen lips, both with white blisters starting after three days, resolving after two weeks. Significant coverage of chest and back rash, large red blotches. Start on the fifth day and resolve after forming black scabs after three weeks. Will continue with last treatment and then quit."

"Great medicine. Have severe CIDP symptoms. Yesterday had my first infusion, that night felt like millions of ants inside me, building me up. Have had four more infusions, 11 mg/kg, pretty heavy dose, but helps."
