"After each infusion, I develop joint and muscle pain throughout the body, especially in the back and neck. It’s very difficult to get comfortable. Sudden onset of tiredness, I sleep for 1-2 hours when this hits. After the 2nd, I started to feel stronger, with more stamina. After my 3rd, I developed eczema-type split and scaly skin on my hands and chest, with the skin of my palms peeling off and debilitating back pain for the whole 4 weeks. Treated skin with Piriton, steroid cream, and neutral body wash. After the 4th, I have diarrhea. I have 7 infusions approved. The last mid-cycle blood test showed an improvement in my IgG, but the others are still negligible."

For Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy "It helps with my dizziness, balance problems, and tremors. I just wish the doctor knew how to prescribe it. He prescribes it for five days every three months. Panzyga starts wearing off at two weeks. The medication itself only lasts 25 days. I was on IVIG from age 10-18. It worked really well. I took it every two weeks for two days. Side effects: headache and nausea last about 8-9 days. I am a really hard stick, and it’s hard to keep an IV in me."

"Occasionally experienced a mild headache, but mostly a very tolerable infusion."

"I have had 3 infusions, and each time I get a migraine-type headache during the evening of the infusion day. The following day, I have deep muscle and joint pain and just can’t get comfortable. After the second infusion and increasing since my 3rd, 2 days ago, I have eczema-type scaly skin on my hands and chest and splitting skin on my hands. There has been no change yet in my chronic sinusitis infections, which I have had for over 2 years. I have felt stronger generally and have more energy for the first 2-3 weeks, then there’s a drop-off, and I have to rest. I will contact the hospital tomorrow for advice."
