For Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I really wanted to like this. I took it for 6 weeks, and unfortunately did not see an increase in libido, pleasure, or lubrication. It did help me sleep better some nights, but I had a lot of lightheadedness, fatigue, and dizziness. I would have kept taking it just for better sleep, but that lightheadedness was too much to take. I would feel like I was going to faint all the time. I did not drink alcohol, and I was hydrated, but I still would feel like I was about to pass out. I had no energy to do anything. It was bad. I don't know if others also had heart flutters, but I did. I would feel my heart flutter a lot."

For Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "Horrible. I took my first pill last night and almost passed out. I was lightheaded, dizzy, had blurry vision, and was nauseous. What made that really bad is I have a 2-year-old that I could not tend to overnight. Horrible."

For Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I only took this one night. I woke up this morning and have felt off (drowsy, maybe lightheaded). I can't really explain it, and I have abdominal pain. I will not take it again, it's too scary. It says abdominal pain needs to contact your doctor immediately, but it's Saturday, so I hope that not taking it again will help, and I will call my doctor Monday morning first thing. Not for me, I would rather just not want sex than feel like I do today."

For Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "Do you enjoy passing out? Do you like receiving multiple calls from Sprout Pharmaceuticals? I was on Addyi for just two weeks, and my heart rate was dangerously low. I felt lightheaded every time I stood up and came close to passing out a couple of times, and felt like I was going to pass out while driving. I am not a person who passes out or gets lightheaded. My primary care doctor advised me to discontinue it. I didn’t drink at all while taking this med. I didn’t want to be charged for another month, so I called the number and told them I’d like to discontinue. Since then, Sprout has contacted me five times asking questions about my adverse reaction. Same questions every time - did you drink alcohol? Do you have a preexisting condition? Did you take any other medications than what we have on file? Do you have the batch number on the bottle? I don’t know if their employees can’t keep records straight or don’t communicate, but it’s nearly harassment at this point."
