"The allergist suggested it, my skin is attacking me causing severe itching, nothing was working, after she put me on 25mg hydroxizine two tab three times a day wow. And prednisone twice a day. Pepcid twice a day and Sarna. Well I made the mistake of putting in on right out the shower. I tell you it works really well. Almost too well. I felt like a frozen popsicle. I actually had to turn the heat on, got under the covers and it was still working full force. I was freezing, but no itching, I fell asleep all night. That menthol and camphor is awesome. If you can stand the coldness, better than hydrocortisone cream"
