"Can't get the HPR Plus cream, only Prudent Caries it, they only cater to dermatologists. Free for them and private insurance patients, $25.00 co-pay. I use it for thick skin. I'm retired on Medicare, and Medicare insurance does not qualify for the co-pay payment. Our cost would be $275.00 or more. Greedy, it's not about the patient, it's about the money. Unfortunately, it's not over the counter and no generic. I now use Nivatropic Plus cream for a cheaper price: $63.00. It's just as good. Just need to get the word out there."

"Never have I found a cream that works as well as HPR Plus. I suffered for years with dry skin that hurt so bad I would wake up in the night feeling like I was on fire. HPR Plus actually healed my skin. Unfortunately, since Covid, my dermatologist and pharmacy (Walgreens) have no longer been able to get it. I wish I could find something compatible, but nothing has come close."
