For Hirsutism "I have been using this for about 2 years now and it seemed to work much better in the beginning. Still have problems with having to pluck the wild hairs before on upper lip and chin. However, the finer hair (fuzz) is much better."

For Hirsutism "I started using this product about a month ago and I started seeing results immediately! I suffered from coarse chin hair and would often get ingrown hairs that led to scarring from constant tweezing and irritation. I barley have to tweeze anymore and when I do the hairs are thin and come out very easy. I do not know if this product has skin lightening agents in it but I have also noticed that my scarring has faded as well! After suffering for years and not being able to leave the house without make-up I am happy to say that because of this product I am starting g to feel confident in my own skin again! I absolutely would recommend this product to anyone who could use it. I am consistent with applying twice a day and am very happy with it!"

For Hirsutism "Hi there! I have recently started applying Vaniqa (3weeks now) to my chin since PCOS has affected me greatly in unwanted hair growth. I am only writing to you now because I truly believe in this product, the redness from plucking is almost gone since there hasn't been much need for plucking as much. I do still pluck every day unfortunately but not to the extreme amount I was at one point. By far Vaniqa is the only thing that has helped, I have been on spirolactone, birth control, plucking and even bleaching."

For Hirsutism "I have been using Vaniqa since 2010 for facial hair. I have never had to shave, but lots of plucking! It works wonderfully and I have also had laser done to remove my darker hair on my lip, chin and neck area. My complaint is the price. It has doubled in price since I started using it and the manufacturer's coupon is only $35.00 (up from $25.00 originally). I thought when a medication was available in generic the original would go down in price. I started ordering from Canada two years ago and now their price for the name brand has gone up enough that I am now ordering the generic. Unlike in Europe, in the US it is considered cosmetic and insurance will not cover. Does any one know of any other discounts in the US?"

For Hirsutism "I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome with very extreme hair growth. For instance, I got a haircut 3 weeks ago to above chin length, and it already grew back to a short ponytail. I have tried about every hair removal method there is, but it's tricky because some just plain don't work on me, and each place on the body has a different growth pattern. Anyway, suffice to say I shave my face much more often than my husband has to shave his. So I didn't mind spending $150 for less than 2 oz of cream. It's not supposed to show a difference until at least 4 or 8 weeks in. But within 3 days it was brutally clear that the hair was coming in much faster, thicker and unable to be removed. I stopped the cream and within a few days was back to normal growth"

For Hirsutism "For me, this medication worked everywhere but on my facial hair. It was definitely systemic for me as I noticed no hair growth in areas of my body, previously hairy, but no change in my facial hair. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I take a medication that causes hair loss. I noticed that there was no regrowth in hair on my scalp that I lost from the medication. "

For Hirsutism "This cream does work. I noticed results within 2 weeks. I've been using it for 2 months now and the chin and jaw line hair that I have has diminished drastically and what is left on my face is very fine. I used to spend at least an hour tweezing every day plus it left my chin constantly red and had to always use concealer on my chin all the time. The redness is 90% gone and I don't get as many pimples from tweezing. This product would be out of my budget but for the moment I am lucky that it's on prescription and that I have a medical card."

For Hirsutism "This stuff is absolutely amazing!!!!! After a week of using I barely have any patches left to shave after doing so for around 10 years! Only been using it a month and cannot wait to see how much better it gets in time, I did have some slight burning and lots of spots for the first 10 days of using it but both have really settled down and to be honest if i had more time to just wait a little after shaving before applying it probably wouldn't burn so bad Inthe first place so definitely wait around 20 minutes after removing hair to apply"

For Hirsutism "I used Vaniqa for a very long time but I still had some hairs that were resistant to it. It has priced itself out of my fixed income range. Personally I believe it is ridiculous for a Company to charge $197.00 for a 4 oz. tube of medication. That is just plain highway robbery when they know they are the only one out there. I have something new I am using that is much cheaper! After all this time it seems a generic is due!"

For Hirsutism "I've had facial hair seen I was a teenager in 2007. I was told I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I tried everything to get rid of the hair and used not want to go out I've only been using the cream a few days and I have seen a small improvement only time will tell."

For Hirsutism "I've been told by my GP this cream is not licensed in the UK. I know it's available through online prescriptions by UK pharmacies. Why am I being lied to? I've tried their suggestion of being on Dianette, and I've seen no change in hair growth after being on it for a year. I am beggining to wonder if they are trying to dodge the option of prescribing this cream to me due to it's price (£80.50)"

For Hirsutism "I had been using Vaniqa for nearly four months. It does show obvious signs of hair reduction but it darkens area of use leaving a mark which is the reason I have stopped using it. I am now using other products to get rid of pigmentation, which has now ruined my skin. I have turned to IPL treatment. I have read it heals automatically after a while but I can't wait for this I've started. Using skin lightener to cover up patch. I wouldn't advice anyone to use this product. I doesn't it come with enough advice on how to treat burn or a scar, so you end up wasting even more money."

For Hirsutism "I had been on bio identical hormone replacement pellets in which the high dosage of testosterone gave me dark, thick hairs on my chin and thicker hairs above my lip. I changed to a new doctor and using hormone creams instead. He prescribed this for me mentioning it will stop the hair growth. I've been on it now for almost three months and it has done nothing but irritate my top lip. I have reddish skin now above my lip almost like a mild burn marks as well as patches of dry skin. My doctor told me it may take up to a year to begin working at that 90% of patients on it, continue with it. After reading some of the horrible reviews, I may opt for laser hair removal treatments. I have to do something as the hair growth is more than I can handle daily. I'm not happy with this at all."

For Hirsutism "This cream has saved my life. I have always suffered from excess facial hair despite normal hormone levels. I used to spend hours plucking and the self-consciousness was ruining my life. I use this cream religiously twice a day and I swear, I could go a month without plucking and would be fine! I do still have a faint 'moustache shadow', but I am hoping this will fade over time. This is worth every penny."

For Hirsutism "I'm thrilled with this product. After using for 6 weeks I have gone 7 days without have to remove facial hair. I have blond hair so hence laser wouldn't work for me. After going through the menopause I was having to pluck almost daily, I was staggered at the speed the hair was growing. I heard about this product googling methods of hair removal, and found out it was available on prescription in the UK. I went to my GP, thinking I would have to beg to get it prescribed as it's very expensive. My GP was extremely sympathetic and happily agreed, and wished me good luck, as I believe sadly it doesn't work for everyone. I really hope more and ladies hear about this product. Absolute life saver!!"

For Hirsutism "I swear by Vaniqa. It totally works for me but I have been notified upon trying to renew my prescription, that it will not be available until December 2018. I can’t believe this is happening. The first thing that has worked for me and now it’s unavailable. I’ll have a full grown beard by December."

For Hirsutism "I was plucking my chin daily for at least 1 hour a day. My case is not extreme but it was enough that I was embarrassed to be in the sunlight and hoping people would not notice my chin hairs. I waxed and it did not seem to get the stubborn hairs. I debated on spending 189 dollars on vaniqa and finally came to the point of desperation and wanting to try it just to see if it would make a difference. I am so happy that I bought this. Within 3 weeks I noticed a huge difference. I have plucked a few hairs here and there but nothing like I used to. I 100% recommend spending the money on this. I am so happy that I did."

For Hirsutism "I have been using Vaniqa for many years and it has effectively decreased amount of my chin and lip facial hair, which formerly required painful monthly waxings. I only need to tweeze a couple of long chin hairs per month now -- easily accomplished. Very little cream required for thin, effective twice a day applications. Once had a bit of inflammation but I lowered amount of cream applied. Problem is the cost -- now $181 at Costco and more at pharmacy for a tube that lasts 3-4 months. Used to pay $50 for a tube half the size."

For Hirsutism "I've been using this for about 3 months. I have not seen a reduction in hair. It really dried my skin out making the hair look worse. It is really expensive at $100. I'm going to finish this bottle then I am done. It was worth a shot."

For Hirsutism "Having been using this on and off since I've bought it. I don't know if it's only me but it has made my overall skin VERY dry. I'm not complaining since I have naturally oily skin. However it is extremely tight-feeling and unusual. It also stings ALOT if you have removed hair on the day ie threading. I haven't noticed a difference on the thickness of my hair or any decrease in growth. After trading such positive reviews I do hope it works for myself and other women out there suffering! Really do wish this is the "miracle" cream it has been labelled since it was super expensive here in the UK"

For Hirsutism "It has helped slow hair little bit which is the only reason I have given it any stars. I have to be honest I am disappointed in this. It has caused hair to grow under my skin and it is always visible. It also dried my skin out and my chin and neck look worse than when I didn't use this. Less hair but bumps, blotches, dark spots and permanent stubble. Giving up on it after this tube."
