"I just had chemo for the first time on Wednesday and the rolvedon shot was administered the next day. It is now 29 hours later and it's been unbearable for the last two hours. It feels like a million knives are inside my body, stabbing me. I pray this passes soon! I don't know if it will be effective or not until the blood work is done. I just know that the pain is very unpleasant."

Eflapegrastim "This gave me the worst side effects I have ever had. Severe stomach pain and cramps level 8/10 that started two hours after the injection and lasted almost eight hours. The next day, headache and dizziness for half a day followed by joint and bone pain level 4/10 that was intermittent for 18 hours."
