Carbidopa / levodopa for Parkinson's Disease "Terrible depression, mood swings, not helping. Tremors seem the same as before I was taking them. Might ask the doctor to stop giving it one more week. I have been taking it for 6 weeks."

Carbidopa / levodopa for Restless Legs Syndrome "Watch out for an increase in restless legs syndrome (augmentation) at higher doses. Info I found says it should NOT be taken every day for RLS, not more than 3 times per week."

For Restless Legs Syndrome "For several years, I was prescribed Clonazepam, an opiate. Had bad side effects and was very addictive. A new doctor took me off that drug and put me on Sinemet, and it has worked well for my RLS."
