Tiger Balm Extra Strength for Pain User Reviews

"The extra strength balm is terrific for helping to heal sprains and alleviate pain. However, my concern is that it's difficult to open the metal container it comes in. I don't appreciate having to use a butter knife or Phillips screwdriver to pry the lid off, as I've broken my nails trying. I'm not sure why you chose this style of lid, as it could have been a simpler, easier screw-on lid. Many people have limited hand mobility, and a screw-on lid would be better for all who use it. I hope you take these concerns seriously and make the necessary change for everyone."

"Read an article on neck pain and tiger balm was referenced as a good application to relieve the pain. Tried a small dab which tingled so thought I was safe. Continued to apply on my neck which started to burn very intensely. After reading the reviews it seems like this product does more harm than good."
