"Butterbur didn’t change anything for me with a 2 month trial. I had tried it with the buy one bottle get one free at the local Walgreens. Granted, I didn’t give it much positive energy either. I believe that you need to feel good about your medication/ herbs & trust that they will work, otherwise they will not. I only gave this trial about half of my usual “good vibe attention”. I have chronic migraines & daily headaches. I am on disability for my migraines & my chronic myalgia pain including fibromyalgia & Chronic post (Mastectomy) surgical pain so that means basically my whole body hurts almost as bad as my head, occas. worse In my hips & shoulders, so maybe the butterbur would work for someone with only mild migraine disease who has only Episodic Migraines not Chronic."
