Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I was extremely nervous to try Vyleesi for the first time. From reading all of the reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Right before the injection, I took some Zofran and Tylenol to hopefully help with any nausea or headache I might get. I took it at about 8:40pm… About 10 minutes after the injection, I started feeling a little nauseous, but the worst part was how flushed my face was getting, to the point I had to sit in front of a fan with a cold rag. I went ahead and went to sleep, but woke up extremely aroused around 2 am. Every person's side effects are different, but man oh man, is the end result worth it. It’s 8:10 am now, and I’m still feeling the arousal (the only issue is now I have to sit at work all day)."

For Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "As an aging but healthy male, I wanted harder erections again as well as the ability to get hard when I want it. I tried it at 3:00 PM on a Friday. I flushed immediately. An hour later, I was nauseous. I couldn’t eat dinner. I didn’t feel like having a whisky. We went to bed. We didn’t have sex even though I was rock hard. I had at least 10 involuntary erections during the night. Wow. Hard erections - like I had to always move my underwear to let it out. I will update after tonight."

Bremelanotide "I was diagnosed with prostate cancer a year ago and was told that I would need to stop taking testosterone and be placed on androgen deprivation therapy. I completed radiation treatment and my PSA is below 1.0. Since I can't take testosterone, my sex drive is extremely low, and my erections were weak. I tried Vyleesi, and it really did increase my libido, and my erections were much better. After I give myself the injection, my face becomes flush for about 30 minutes. You have to wait a few hours after the injection for good results, but it is worth it. The effects last about 24 hours. So glad I found out about this drug."
