I started lutera back in January. Finished the first month, taking each pill everyday correctly. I had breakthrough bleeding a whole week on the active pills that month and then had my period. I waited until halfway though my second pack until I had sex without a condom. The next day after that I had what felt like ovulation pains, even though birth control is supposed to stop that, and I had think white clumpy discharge. I'm freaking out! I only have 2 active pills left for this second month now so my period should come Sunday or so but I'm really nervous about that pain I felt and the discharge. I can't test since it's only been a week since the sex with no condom. So you think this could have been breakthrough ovulation even though I've never missed a pill?
Can you have mimic ovulation pains on birth control pill?

Doubtful that you ovulated. Relax your period will arrive and all will be ok. If not, contact prescribing doctor to discuss concerns. You are not the first young woman to have such concerns, my daughter did as we'll.
But if I did, how likely am I to get pregnant, even though he didn't cum inside of me?
Not likely, going to have to relax or you'll be a nervous wreck and postpone your period making yourself even more worried.
You didn't ovulate, you don't do that on the pill. Stop worrying, you're safe. I find it hard to believe how you girls worry about every little pain, you must look for them, because they barely passed notice for me. Things happen and we have a weird pain hear or there, but we would just think oh we had this weird pain, you guys immediately want to think the worst.
