There is a moderate chance that taking them together or close together could cause some dizziness or drowsiness so it's probably be best to separate the doses as much as possible until you know how it affects you.
If you take the clonazepam for anxiety you'd want to take it for the daytime and then take the gabapentin later in the day. But if you take the clonazepam for sleep you'd obviously want to reverse that. You could ask your pharmacist for advice.
