I have been taking Seroquel for insomnia for almost 9 years. my doses have been from 100mg-400mg. the problem is I wake up groggy even tho I only take one 100mg tablet now. sometimes I will sleep the entire next day until 4pm or 5pm. I know my iron levels are low. but still, I also know it's the Seroquel. I'm going to see my dr next week to see if I can switch to a sleeping pill. what sleeping pills don't make you lethargic the next day? thanks :)
Switching from Seroquel to sleeping pills?

That is a big change. Well as you know everyone reacts differently to medications and what may work for you may not work for someone else, it is a trial and error period until you find the sleeping aid that suits you best.
There are plenty sleeping aids, I will leave you a link with a list and reviews of sleeping pills:

sadly some of the top rated medications don't seem to be available here in Australia.
Perhaps they have a different name, ask your Dr. and/or your Chemist.
