When you take tums along with seizure medication does it stop the seizure medication from workin corrrectly so you could have a seizure.

I gained 20 kg since starting lithium 3 years ago. I also take lamitrogine and Abilify. I hope to be able to go off my medicines in 6 months or so and wonder if my weight will fall off once I do.
