Buspar and celexa taken together?

I have been on 40mg of Celexa for a while, and my doctor just added on BuSpar (10mg twice a day) I know about serotonin syndrome, and I’m absolutely terrified. Does anyone else take these two together? Help ease my mind please

Celexa vs less pro effectiveness?

I have been on celexa for several years off and on for anxiety and depression. After a while, will Celera lose its effectiveness? I recently came off of it, but am needing to go back on it or an equivalent... what would you recommend?
