I have been on 40mg of Celexa for a while, and my doctor just added on BuSpar (10mg twice a day) I know about serotonin syndrome, and I’m absolutely terrified. Does anyone else take these two together? Help ease my mind please

Serotonin syndrome can be serious but it's rare and very easily treatable in the early stage.
I took both Celexa and Lexapro (at different times) for many years with my buspirone and never had any problem with it.
It's a valid concern and you might take it up with your doctor or pharmacist for more information.
