I have been on celexa for several years off and on for anxiety and depression. After a while, will Celera lose its effectiveness? I recently came off of it, but am needing to go back on it or an equivalent... what would you recommend?

It would be difficult to suggest an antidepressant as I do not know your medical history.
There are many antidepressants that come to mind, but I believe your Psychiatrist to be the best person to recommend an antidepressant as he/she knows your medical history and is a trained professional with in depth knowledge of different types of medications, your medical history (again) and in this case, antidepressants.
