How do you know when you need a higher dosage of Zoloft?

I've been taking Zoloft/Sertraline, for 11 weeks now. Started out on 25mg and then 50mg. I've been on 50mg for 6 weeks. I'm still having minor anxiety here and there but even that is bothersome. Has anyone experienced a racing heart with Lexapro and Zoloft?

I’m terrified to try another anti depressant after having the racing heart with both that I’ve tried. Has anyone tried one that doesn’t cause a racing heart?
