Which is stronger? Oxycodone 30mg or hydrocodone 10/325?

The key number you're looking at for opiate is the first number - the second number is milligrams of something like Tylenol.
So, 30 vs 10... 30 is 3 times stronger. However, there is ALSO evidence that Oxycodone is, in general, "stronger", than Hydrocododone. So, if you were comparing apples to apples, like 10mg of each, Oxycodone will be the superior pain management pill.
