Plavix - Can you break the pill in half and take it 2 times a day?

There is also the question of is it as effective if the dosing isn't all at once. It seems if you could take it twice a day they would make smaller dose pills to do that. Clear it with your pharmacist

It is released into your system through out the day in it's solid form to break it would be to use it as quickly as you take is. The body would not be able to regulate it that way. But check with you doctor before doing anything.
