Can Plavix medication be cut in half?

Kim, normally you do stay on 75mg daily which is the weakest dose. It does come in a 150mg which if you're trying to save money and buying 300mg and taking 1/2 that is okay but if you are taking a lower amount than the 75mg You should check with your doctor first. The very rarely go below that strength once they put you on this medication.
