Hi, Andrew!
How often are you taking it? 25mg is the lower end of the dosage and should be taken 3-4 times daily... but the dose can be increased to a maximum of 150mg/day if needed.
Your metabolism may have adjusted to the dose you're taking so it's no longer as effective. You might want to discuss this with your doctor to see if a dosage increase might be helpful or if there are other options.
I was told to only take it once before bed and that’s what I’ve been doing since I’ve started me medication
You'll want to contact your doctor and get her/his advice.
Hope all goes better for you in the near future.
