I have been on this for many months now. I started at 50mg per day now up to 75mg 3x a day,
I'm getting side effects like dry mouth, blurry vision, tremors, and neck pain, but I still have anxiety.
Does anyone else have this?
Nortriptyline for anxiety?

Your doctor needs to know about the negative side effects, particularly the vision issues. He/She May switch you to something else.
Michael's right! All side effects should be reported to your doctor immediately especially if this has been going on for this long with no real positive effect.
There's no need to suffer for five months. Your doctor can give you options... maybe a simple dosage adjustment or a switch to one of the SSRI class of antidepressants like Lexapro, Prozac, Paxil, etc., or an anxiolytic like buspirone which may be more beneficial to you. Just because you're having problems with this medication doesn't necessarily mean that you will with another.
You also need to rule out any underlying cause for your symptoms.
Take care and I hope you find some relief quickly.
