I have been a smoker on and off for years... always struggling :-( I've tried the patch, but skin was so irritated ( allergic to the glue) I first tried the gum, years ago, had 3 pieces.. but caused to much burning stomach pain I had to see a specialist who put me on a strict diet of no coffee, fats or alcohol for a month before I was well. I tried hypnosis, lasted 4 years, but then I started again.
Now I'd like to try the inhaler or mist..but wonder if anyone has experienced stomach pain (like I had with the gum) Does it go into the lungs? or into your saliva to stomach?
