Yes, that's probably a good time to take them. Just as long as your doctor knows you're taking all three, and the timing is within your instructions for each.
While the combination of gabapentin and tramadol can cause added drowsiness, this probably isn't an issue if you're taking them regularly.
Gabapentin is actually absorbed better with food, and taking naproxen and tramadol with food tends to reduce the chances of them upsetting your stomach.
