Just started Lyrica 75mg/2x per day and not feeling any relief. Any suggestions for pain control?

Hi, Chris!
How long have you been taking it? Some people feel early relief but for others it can take several weeks for the medication to become fully effective.
75mg BID is the standard initial dose but maintenance dosages can range much higher.
If you been on it for over a week without pain relief your doctor may want to increase your dose.
